1. Who we are and what this is

Remedy Shift is a member-supported library of remedies for common symptoms — medication-based, natural, holistic, and more — ranked by what members report actually worked. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. No medical advice

Everything on the site — including AI-generated answers, community success rates, dosages, and member experiences — is general information. It may not apply to you. Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here, and never start, stop, or change a medication without your doctor.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Community content

When you share feedback or an experience, you confirm it is honest and based on your own experience. You keep ownership of what you write, but you give us permission to show it to other members and to include it in pooled, anonymized statistics. We may remove content that is unsafe, misleading, promotional spam, or about someone else's health without their permission.

5. Memberships and billing

• Paid memberships (Plus and Pro) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the membership page or the billing portal. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
• Prices may change, but we will tell you before a change affects your renewal.
• If a payment fails, paid features pause until the payment goes through.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Post fake feedback, run bots, or try to distort community results.
• Scrape or bulk-copy the remedy library or member data.
• Use the site to sell products or services without our written permission.
• Share another person's private or health information.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Our content

The site's design, text, and compiled remedy library belong to Remedy Shift. You may use what you find here for your own personal, non-commercial use — including exporting your own plans and progress.

8. Limits of our responsibility

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for health outcomes, decisions you make based on the site's content, or any indirect damages. Community success rates describe what other members reported — they are not a promise of your results.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify members by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
